VIDEO: Men’s Sevens – Walsh and Hutchison primed for Hamilton

There’s a couple of fresh faces – one new, one known – on display for the Australian Men’s Sevens side this weekend, as the World Series resumes in Hamilton for round three.
Sunnybank’s Josh Coward comes in for his debut, off the back of some impressive displays in the 2018 Queensland Premier Rugby Sevens. And joining him for a return to the green and gold is Simon Kennewell, who is back from the long-term ACL injury he cruelly sustained in the build-up to last year’s Sydney 7s tournament.
Head coach Tim Walsh has made four changes in all from the squad that finished 6th in Cape Town last time out, as the Aussies look to put some serious Series points in their locker ahead of their home tournament in Sydney the following weekend.
Walsh and try-machine Henry Hutchison spoke to media about the mood in the camp, the introduction of the new bloods, and their approach to a tricky looking Pool stage in Hamilton against Argentina, Wales and reigning champions Fiji.
