Hooker Tatafu Polota-Nau has made a welcome return to the Wallabies fold this week, after rejoining the national set-up for their training camp in Cessnock ahead of the rugby Championship.

The 33-year-old has spent the last season playing with Leicester Tigers in the English Premiership, and made the unaccustomed journey from a sunny UK to a chilly country New South Wales to get his feet back under the door of international rugby.

Always a joker and a positive influence around a squad, he brings with him the experience of over 80 test caps, to a batch of promising young rakes still learning their craft at the top level of the game. Welcome back Tarf!
